I got 5 bids and Dennis at Rubicon was not only the most reasonable (even beat a shady offer), he uses better quality materials and tells it like it is; no up-sell or pressure -just straight talk you'd expect from a brother. He's not a salesman. He's simply good at his craft and is eager to help. Tarps were laid and not a speck was left behind. Magnet roller picked up any stray nails -everything was perfect. Except for the new roof, you'd never know they were here. His crew (and I mean CREW!) is outstanding. Very polite, careful and kind. Dennis worked right alongside them. Neighbors even called to say how impressed by Rubicon's diligence and efficiency. Definitely recommend them!

If you’re reading this you may be in some kind of a roofing predicament or in need of a roof replacement and you’re shopping around. I’ve postponed writing my review for Rubicon Roofing intentionally. It’s been about two years or so since Dennis and his crew installed my new roof. In that time there’s been torrential down pour rain storms, wind, heat and just about everything else nature can unleash - thankfully no tornadoes or hurricanes here (yet). I can go on about how personable and friendly Dennis was, or how nice and efficient his crew worked, how the cleanup was superb and a whole myriad of other positive things about Rubicon Roofing. Dennis answered any questions I had and offered advice. Importantly, after two years, there’s been no roofing issues. I can whole heartedly recommend Rubicon Roofing for your home. Dennis Solomon the owner was a God send to us after our expensive 6 year old State Roofing roof failed causing serious damage to plywood, insulation, sheetrock and structural trusses under our shingles. We contacted Rubicon roofing for a roof replacement, they came out and gave us a bid they were prompt and courteous. We chose Rubicon roofing to replace our roof, their team did a fantastic job. Highly recommend! We were needing a repair done on our roof and they were able to come look at it and get it repaired for us urgently and efficiently. Home repairs always seem to come with a hiccup. But from start to finish Rubicon Roofing was top notch. They made the whole “New Roof” experience painless. I just needed someone to come out and inspect my roof to get my home owner's insurance off my back. He came out and checked it out, didn't even ask for any money, and told me that our roof is still in good shape and that it doesn't really need any work done at this time. I really appreciate how honest he was, because he could have easily said our roof was in bad condition so that he could try to sell me on getting some work done with them, but he didn't do anything like that (I've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors doing stuff like that). He was incredibly professional and honest. I saved this place in my google contacts list so that when we do eventually need a new roof, I can reach out to this place first. There are a LOT of roofing contractors out there, and it means a lot to know of one that is trustworthy.

My wife and I are the owners of the property for which the tenant gave Rubicon Roofing a bad rating. Last year, the property management company notified the tenant that the roof would be replaced this year, and they were also given plenty of notice before Rubicon started the project. The property manager gave us updates on communications with the renter. Rubicon was referred to us by my former boss, who is also an amazing family friend. We are so pleased with the quality of work that Rubicon does, and how professional they are, that we have hired them to replace the roof of our primary residence as well. Based on our experience with Rubicon, along with the amazing review that my former boss gave them, our tenant’s negative review will not influence our decision to do business with Rubicon, and you should not allow it to influence yours. We had a leak in our roof. There was supposed to be a lifetime warranty on it through the company that originally replaced it. They didn't honor their word, and don't do roofing anymore. Rubicon came over to take a look and realized it was an easy fix and they helped us. They didn't even charge us to do the small fix that was due to an error of the other company. These guys are caring, compassionate, and all around great people. You have a customer for life and we will reccomend you to everyone we know! Thank you!

What a great experience! They made the whole process so easy and pleasant from the first call to our new roof. Projects often have bumps along the way and this was no different, but the bumps were insurance related and Rubicon took it all in stride and worked with us to ease the stress. Once the work was approved, we had a new roof in a week. They dropped supplies the day before and spent a very hot day working to get the job done in a single day. They were very careful of our property and laid tarps to collect any debris, then went around and did a spot clean up. We also talked solar, and the owner said they would meet with anyone looking to install to be sure that the integrity of our roof would not be compromised. Talk about service and care! We could not have made a better decision, Rubicon Roofing has our highest recommendation.

Dennis arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the importance of cleaning the roof before the inspection and returned promptly to complete the job. Following the roof inspection, Dennis swiftly provided a detailed report of his findings. This report included recommendations for repairs and maintenance. His professionalism extended to the prompt issuance of a certificate, validating the roofs condition and compliance.

I sent in an inquiry for service after noticing a small leak in my ceiling. Dennis responded quickly and was able to arrange a same day inspection. While the work would be considered a small job, it was a huge point of stress for me. He was able to do a same day repair, provided me with a quote I felt was extremely reasonable, and gave me options and recommendations for how to fix the immediate and long term problems. This company is respectful, honest, and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again in the future and will gladly refer them to others, too.

The owner quickly was able to fix a leak for us. After assessing our roof with the owner of the company we determined the roof needed to be replaced along with several sheets of plywood under the roofing. When the work started we learned that more than several sheets of roofing needed to be replaced. Twenty-six sheets were needed. We were not charged for the extra labor, just the material costs. The entire project was over 2000 square feet. It was accomplished in one day by the crew. The clean up went very well, with one of the workers jumping a fence to get material that got away. I had the key to the fence, and let him out when I realized what was going on. Bottom line: Dennis was easy to work with. He was informative, giving us options, and completed the job on our schedule. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment with Dennis to give estimates on new roof, he worked me into his busy schedule and arrived when he said. Inspected roof and gave estimate on cost. He postponed 1 week due to weather which I appreciated due to rain. Set time for shingles to be delivered and then came out and put new shingles on. I was gone at the time and when I returned home I saw roof was done and the yard looked just like when I had left. No mess left and was within bid. I am very pleased with the professional work that was done and would recommend him to anyone needing a job like this done.
